Layout & Timeline Meeting

Service Description

This meeting will cover the wedding layout, vendor locations, and any additional notes regarding the ceremony and reception. We'll also go over getting-ready times and, following this meeting, send a draft of the day-of and week-of timeline for review. We'll discuss any additional staffing needs, if applicable, and request the names of anyone assisting with setup and teardown. We'll also finalize key logistical details. After the meeting, we'll send over a draft of the site map, ceremony seating chart, and table layout, and set a deadline to finalize those items. Lastly, we'll review any next steps and determine if another meeting is needed before our three-week-out meeting.
