This is not a day-of coordination package.
This is a guided planning experience for couples who are hands-on but want expert direction, structure, and accountability throughout the process. You’ll receive
the benefits of working with a professional wedding planner while still taking an active role in your planning.
We meet with you regularly from the beginning to help refine your vision, review vendors, build timelines, and keep everything organized and on track — taking the guesswork out of what to do next and ensuring your wedding is thoughtfully planned and confidently executed.

Access to our custom digital client planner, including a personalized wedding planning timeline built to fit your planning timeframe, preferred vendor list, and planning tools to keep everything organized

Unlimited text support throughout the planning process

Custom design mockups, floor plans and layouts (available for preferred venues), and guidance on décor purchases, packing lists, and wedding-week preparation

Custom wedding weekend timeline, rehearsal timeline creation, and timeline distribution to family, wedding party, and key participants approximately one month prior to the wedding

Ceremony rehearsal coordination (up to 2 hours)

12 behind-the-scenes planning hours covering timeline development, vendor communication, mockup creation, and logistical preparation
