The Gilded is a partial planning experience designed for couples who want meaningful support, thoughtful design guidance, and a more hands-on planner relationship throughout their planning journey.

With eight planning meetings and increased planning hours, this package allows space to refine your wedding vision, explore design direction, and confidently bring everything together. It’s perfect for couples who know the feeling they want for their day but need help shaping the details.

We’re involved earlier, more often, and more intentionally — supporting logistics, design decisions, and execution, with limited cleanup included when time allows.

What's Included:

Planning Tools & Ongoing Support

  • Access to our custom digital client planner, including a personalized wedding planning timeline built to fit your planning timeframe, preferred vendor list, and planning tools to keep everything organized

  • Google Chat space for file sharing, updates, assigned tasks, and streamlined communication

  • Eight structured planning meetings throughout your planning process, including dedicated design-focused sessions

  • Unlimited text support throughout the planning process

  • Visual mood boards and design sourcing tools to help clarify style and narrow decisions

  • Design & décor curation, helping shape your vision into a cohesive aesthetic with a detailed sourcing document covering recommended quantities, pricing guidance, and design essentials

  • Custom design mockups, floor plans, and layouts (available for preferred venues)

  • Preferred vendor recommendations from our trusted network

  • Purchase guidance, including décor checklists, sourcing support, and wedding-week packing lists

  • Custom-built wedding timeline and full wedding itinerary

  • Rehearsal timeline creation and coordination (up to 2 hours the day before the wedding)

  • Timeline distribution to family, wedding party, and key participants approximately one month prior to the wedding

  • 14 behind-the-scenes planning hours for timeline creation, mockups, sourcing support, vendor communication, and logistics coordination

  • Vendor coordination on the wedding day, including managing arrival times, setup, communication, and flow

  • Full setup of personal items and final styling, including signage, place cards, favors, and detail elements

  • Includes 1 hour of teardown, as time allows

  • Day-of management and production with one lead planner and one assistant overseeing event flow and execution

  • Day-of custom-built wedding planning binder used by the planning team for on-site execution

  • Vendor gratuity distribution (if gratuities are provided by the couple)

  • Couple’s emergency kit available on wedding day
