From the beginning, we take on the heavy lifting: vendor research and curation, design development, timeline creation, travel coordination, and full production.
Throughout the process, you’ll receive clear guidance and structured homework assignments to help us gather your preferences, review our recommendations, and make confident yes-or-no decisions — without being overwhelmed.
With expanded meetings, hands-on design support, and a full planning team on wedding day, this package allows you to stay meaningfully involved while trusting the details to experienced professionals.

Planning Tools & Ongoing Support

Access to our custom Canva planning hub, including a personalized wedding planning timeline, planning tools, and organizational resources tailored to your event

12–15 structured planning meetings (1 hour each), spaced throughout your planning process for in-depth logistics, design development, and decision-making

Design & décor curation, shaping your vision into a cohesive wedding design with a detailed sourcing document covering quantities, pricing guidance, and all design essentials
